Narsimharao is a Senior Techno-Functional Professional with 26+ years of experience having strong
engineering and leadership skills. With a proven track record in building delivery and technology
capabilities, he has spearheaded initiatives across product development, financial risk management,
regulatory reporting, data management including governance and controls, just to name a few. In
addition, he has extensive experience in building and managing product-centric Centre of Excellence.
Currently, Narsimharao is focused on revolutionizing Digital Lending using Blockchain, Tokenization,
and CBDC. He is a Professional Risk Manager (PRM®), a Data Scientist, TOGAF Enterprise Architect,
and Cloud Architect.
Narsimharao’s leadership journey includes founding BRHATI 3Core Technology Services, senior roles
at Coforge Ltd, HSBC Technology India, and TATA Consultancy Services. He has earlier served as
Deputy Regional Director of PRMIA Hyderabad Chapter and has hosted TEDx-style talks. He has also
lead number of CSR initiatives.
