    next-gen MicroLED Displays, as part of the Make in India roadmap.
  • Experience Centers: New TitanView Experience Centers coming up in Noida, Mumbai, and Bengaluru to showcase immersive solutions and support enterprise and partner engagement.
  • Stable Credit Outlook: Acuité Ratings has assigned a Stable Outlook to the proposed ₹50 Cr NCDs, backed by strong financials and seasoned leadership.
  • EMS Project Application: Submitted for approval of a ₹550 Cr EMS project in Hyderabad and Vijayawada to drive domestic electronics manufacturing.
  • Equity Warrants Allotment: Successfully issued and allotted equity share warrants to strengthen financial resources.
