LEGAL AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Titan Intech (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any person or entity (“Client”, “User”, or “you”) accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services.
By accessing our website, submitting inquiries, requesting quotations, placing orders, or utilizing our products and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

AV & System Integration
Installation, Commissioning & AMC Services
All commercial engagements are subject to these Terms in addition to executed agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORITY
By engaging with Titan Intech, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally competent under applicable law to enter into binding agreements.
If acting on behalf of an organization, you are duly authorized to bind that entity.
All information provided to the Company is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of authorization and may refuse service if legitimacy is in question.
SCOPE OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Titan Intech supplies hardware, embedded systems, software-driven display technologies, and related services.
All product specifications, technical drawings, visual representations, and marketing materials are illustrative and may be updated due to technological advancements or supply variations.
Custom-built solutions are subject to site verification, technical feasibility, and mutually agreed specifications. Any scope change after confirmation may result in revised pricing and timelines.
QUOTATIONS, PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
All quotations:
Are valid for the period specified therein.
Are subject to revision based on foreign exchange fluctuations, component cost variations, or regulatory changes.
Exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of agreed advance payment.
Delayed payments may attract interest and may result in suspension of delivery, warranty, or support services.
DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & RISK TRANSFER
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless contractually specified.
Risk in goods transfers to the Client upon delivery at site or dispatch, as defined in the invoice or contract.
The Client is responsible for:
Structural integrity of installation site
Stable power supply & grounding
Environmental suitability
Statutory permissions
Titan Intech shall not be liable for damages caused by site deficiencies, third-party interference, or improper handling.
WARRANTY & LIMITATIONS
Warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Electrical surges
Improper installation
Environmental misuse
Unauthorized modifications
Acts of God or force majeure events
The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide equivalent components at its discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property, including but not limited to:
Software systems
Firmware
Display architecture
Technical schematics
Branding and trademarks
remain the exclusive property of Titan Intech.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use products for intended commercial purposes only.
Reverse engineering, duplication, resale, or software extraction is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Titan Intech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNITY
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Titan Intech against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Misuse of products
Unauthorized alterations
Regulatory violations at installation site
Breach of these Terms
This obligation survives termination of the commercial relationship.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
Affected obligations shall be suspended during the force majeure period.
TERMINATION
Titan Intech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
Non-payment
Breach of agreement
Fraudulent conduct
Regulatory violations
Outstanding financial obligations shall survive termination.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
AMENDMENTS
Titan Intech may modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on the website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
