Titan Intech Signs MoU with APEDB for ₹250 Crore Manufacturing Facility

Titan Intech Limited has signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) to set up a ₹250 crore Integrated Display Electronics Manufacturing Facility in the Amaravati Capital Region.

The project will focus on display controllers, 2D/3D video processing, driver electronics, and Mini/Micro-LED backlight modules, supported by a dedicated EMS setup. The facility, spread across 20 acres, is expected to generate 200 direct and 300 indirect jobs.

This investment strengthens Titan Intech’s commitment to the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision and supports India’s goal of building advanced electronics and display manufacturing capabilities within the country.

  • Rights Issue Filed: Titan Intech has filed with BSE
    for a ₹49.5 Cr Rights Issue to strengthen working capital, scale up TitanView,
    enhance financial flexibility, and tap growth in India’s electronics sector.

  • TitanView Portfolio Expansion: Scaling up a
    diversified display product line including IFPDs, Active LED Displays and
    next-gen MicroLED Displays, as part of the Make in India roadmap.
  • Experience Centers: New TitanView Experience Centers coming up in Noida, Mumbai, and Bengaluru to showcase immersive solutions and support enterprise and partner engagement.
  • Stable Credit Outlook: Acuité Ratings has assigned a Stable Outlook to the proposed ₹50 Cr NCDs, backed by strong financials and seasoned leadership.
  • EMS Project Application: Submitted for approval of a ₹550 Cr EMS project in Hyderabad and Vijayawada to drive domestic electronics manufacturing.
  • Equity Warrants Allotment: Successfully issued and allotted equity share warrants to strengthen financial resources.
  • Leadership Expansion: Appointed technical and professional directors, including an independent director with expertise in technology and marketing, to enhance leadership and strategic direction.
  • NCD Issue: Initiated the process for issuing ₹50 crore secured, rated, and listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
  • First Work Order for Nationwide IFPD Installation: The Company has secured its first work order(sub-contract) to install 65” IFPD LCD screens in 181 CBSE schools spread across the country including Army schools, contributing to enhanced educational infrastructure.
  • Global Tie-Ups: Engaged with international companies for OEM/ODM partnerships to manufacture and supply LCD and SMD LED display modules for the Indian market.
  • Smart Campus Displays: Developing markets for smart campus digital displays using Mini-LED technology in sizes ranging from 110 to 220 inches. These interactive displays aim to replace traditional whiteboards, greenboards, and blackboards, with a strong focus on B2B markets and establishing a dealer-distributor network.
